The platform that I am picking is prezi the reason for doing so is that I am already very familiar with and I would rather use something i already know how to use since there is not that much time left. The pros of using is that I am able to be very creative the con would have to when I first tried to use it it took a lot of time for me to get the hang of it.

One way that the digital age is change the concept is by rarely ever having any sources cited. In many cases if you search for information on line on answer website they usually do not include a cite. This makes it seem as thought it is okay us to plagiarize when in actuality it is illegal. If someone were to over collaborate in their paper or research it would become hard to see if they are really plagiarizing because you wont be able to completely see one person work.

Today in class I took a completely different approach when doing my research. Usually I stick with Galileo and Academic resources. Today when doing my research I went to a database called Alt health Watch. Using this helped me out a lot. Because my topic is a more medical issue searching things in the Alt Health Watch brought things more on the health point of view. Usually when I search for information I use danger or issues on plastic surgery but today I tried problems and plastic surgery and I got a lot of different responses. I did find new material all of the other information that I found only talked about the danger of putting foreign objects in your body but this one talks about the danger of move fat from one part of your body to the other.

I used Facebook.com, Twittwer.com and Reddit.com as my tools
for today’s research. When using these tools I did find them to be helpful.
When you hear social networking we usually think of ways of meeting people but
today I was able to use it in a different way. I feel using the social
networking sites were helpful because unlike other places that I get my
information from I can see what other people find interesting about my topic
and also what they find important. I personally use social networking to stay
in touch with friends and family. Being an army brat requires you to meet a lot
of people but the moving around also makes is hard for you to keep in touch.
With social networking I am able to see and talk to people whom I have met all
over the world.

1. The
article I picked name is “Cut calories with the 250/250 plan” http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/story/21349420/cut-calories-with-the-250250-plan.
2. In the article
says that if you cut out 250 calories out of your daily diet and work out and
burn 250 calories there should be higher chances of weight loss. This is an example of an argument. The argument
that they use is from the American Heart Association as their evidence. Yes
there was a little use of emotional aspect in this the author mentions that
only 1 percent of Americans are considered to be cardiovascular healthy.
