1.       The article I picked name is “Cut calories with the 250/250 plan” http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/story/21349420/cut-calories-with-the-250250-plan.
2. In the article says that if you cut out 250 calories out of your daily diet and work out and burn 250 calories there should be higher chances of weight loss.  This is an example of an argument. The argument that they use is from the American Heart Association as their evidence. Yes there was a little use of emotional aspect in this the author mentions that only 1 percent of Americans are considered to be cardiovascular healthy.
